An image is worth a thousand words
Street photos are an ode to life for me. I enjoy the vibrancy on the street and to blend in with people in everyday situations. There I look for spontaneous, casual moments; just as they occur - often brief and passing. In those moments, for me, lies beauty. These are moments that are about real people in everyday public life. Different people with different lives, who at the same time also have a lot in common. Street photography is about interaction. With my camera, I direct my gaze both outwards and inwards. A contemplative presence, where action and reflection alternate. The camera connects these worlds and allows me to capture these moments in images in my own way. I hope that my images also give the viewer the chance to look outwards and inwards.
